Amend a Publication

Whilst Handling Squadron works hard to make its publications as perfect as possible, sometimes things are missed. If you discover an error or omission in an Aircrew Publication for which Handling Squadron is the Publications Authority (check in Notes to Users to determine the Publication Authority), then please take time to write to us to help correct the problem. The Notes to Users of each publication describe the correct route to send your submission and newer publications now contain an example of the Form F765X to be used for all amendment requests.

Handling Squadron provides a PDF version of the Form F765X which may be downloaded and printed, to be filled in by hand. Also available is a RTF version which may be filled in electronically before printing and signing.

Proposed amendments for a publication within the ADS should be submitted on Form F765X to the PT via the User Authenticator, or submitted via Resolve where the PT has adopted that system. The HS Project Officer would be glad to have advance notification by email of your proposed amendment however HS will not process it until the UA and PT actions are complete.
